The platform replaces fragmented tools such as WhatsApp groups, spreadsheets and legacy workforce software, giving operators real-time visibility over their teams while improving employee engagement and operational efficiency. All Gravy already works with leading hospitality brands across Europe
The inside story
Hospitality runs on people, yet the tools used to manage frontline teams have barely evolved. Schedules are often shared in PDFs, communication happens in WhatsApp groups, and training is manual and inconsistent.
After seeing these challenges, Jonatan Rasmussen and Kristian Lundager set out to build a platform designed specifically for deskless workers. All Gravy brings most important information for frontline workers into one mobile-first system used on average over 3 times a day by both managers and staff, turning fragmented workflows into a single operating layer for hospitality teams.

Deskless workers represent one of the largest segments of the global workforce, yet the software built for them remains fragmented and outdated.
