Springpod has shared the next development between Springpod and UCAS: All students now have the opportunity to access virtual work experience through their UCAS Hub account.

Any student exploring their options through UCAS can now experience the world of work, anywhere and at any time, which they can feature on their UCAS personal statements or their CV to highlight their employability skills and readiness for work.

For students, this means that, no matter where they are, they can access virtual work experience and gain job skills – both to help them determine their career interests and reference on their personal statements.

For teachers and advisers, this means that all students will have the opportunity to have a better understanding of career pathways to broaden their horizons and be more confidently equipped to make the best decisions about their future.

For employers, this means that students can gain skills, knowledge and understanding of their sector and organisational career opportunities – helping to demystify roles and best prepare them for the workplace.
