Springpod has announced the Women in Accounting: Moore Kingston Smith Work Experience Programme.

The virtual work experience, in partnership with the Girls’ School Association, is designed for female students aged 16+

With only around 40% of full-time employees in the finance industry being women there is still some shortfall to address in the education around finance careers and helping young women break down barriers to access opportunities.
